– Dyspepsia syndrome often accompanied by delayed gastric emptying, gastroesophageal reflux, and esophagitis:
• Epigastric fullness, early satiety, abdominal distension
• Bloating, belching
• Nausea and vomiting
• Heartburn with or without regurgitation of gastric contents into the mouth.
– Nausea, vomiting, and belching caused by:
• Gastrointestinal intolerance due to anticancer chemotherapy, digitalis, L-Dopa, and others, including radiotherapy
• Abdominal organ pathology: gastrointestinal (gastroenteritis), hepatobiliary, peritoneal, and renal
• Domperidone is not recommended for use in children except to treat nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy or radiation therapy for cancer.
