Indications
– Treatment of newly diagnosed diabetes patients in adulthood, with or without overweight and when dietary management is unsuccessful.
– As a combination therapy in patients who are unresponsive tor primar or secondary sulfonylurea monotherapy
– As adjunctive therapy to reduce doses, if needed.

Dosage
Metformin HCl harus diberikan bersamaan dengan makanan atau sesudah makan dalam dosis terbagi.
Dosis: tablet 500 mg, 3 kali sehari 1 tablet.
