JAKARTA, November 3, 2026 – PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (IDX: PYFA) has announced its financial performance for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2026, in an official filing with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The Company booked net revenue of IDR 2.41 trillion, up 17.2% from IDR 2.06 trillion in the same period last year. This growth was primarily driven by its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business, which now operates out of both Indonesia and Australia.

Overall, PYFA’s performance through the third quarter of 2026 reflects improvements in both the quality and scale of its growth. Gross profit rose 29.9% to IDR 542.76 billion from IDR 417.86 billion, outpacing top-line growth. Consequently, the Company’s gross profit margin expanded to 22.5%, up from 20.3% a year earlier. This margin expansion was supported by higher production volumes, which lowered fixed costs per unit.

These gains carried through to the operational level. EBITDA reached IDR 239.9 billion, a sharp increase from IDR 8.8 billion in the prior-year period. Depreciation and amortization stood at IDR 252.7 billion, largely tied to assets from the Probiotec acquisition, while finance costs totaled IDR 322.4 billion. As a result, the Company recorded a net loss for the period of IDR 338.7 billion, though this narrowed by 7.4% year-on-year. Factoring in foreign exchange translation adjustments, comprehensive loss narrowed by 27.8% to IDR 221.4 billion. Shareholders and investors can access the full details in the interim consolidated financial statements available on the IDX disclosure portal and the Company’s official website.

“Our results through the third quarter of 2026 show that the expansion strategy and operational efficiencies we have integrated over the past two years are on the right track,” said Sinta Ningsih, Chief Financial Officer of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. “Booking 17.2% revenue growth alongside a 29.9% rise in gross profit and a 91.5% reduction in operating loss demonstrates that our integrated manufacturing model and CDMO services are gaining solid traction. Beyond expanding our footprint in domestic and regional markets, we are consistently optimizing our operating cost structure to accelerate our path to profitability.”

As a strategic partner to leading pharmaceutical companies, PYFA also continues to expand its licensed product portfolio to address therapies with the highest national healthcare burden. In September 2026, the Company secured marketing authorization (Izin Edar) from the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) for Fenofibrate 145 mg, indicated for lipid disorders and cardiovascular risk reduction. This addition strengthens PYFA’s cardiovascular portfolio, a critical segment given that BPJS Kesehatan data from January to September 2026 recorded national healthcare claims of IDR 17.35 trillion for heart disease and IDR 7.21 trillion for stroke. The new product is expected to begin contributing to revenue in the coming periods as distribution rolls out.

The CDMO capabilities driving this performance have been built progressively since PYFA acquired Probiotec and launched its CDMO services in 2024. The business offers end-to-end solutions ranging from formulation development and product registration to commercial-scale manufacturing across diverse dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, syrups, creams, and injectables, backed by facilities in Indonesia and Australia. PYFA’s Australian facility holds a license from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), opening access to international export markets. In addition, the Company has completed the Line 3 sterile injectable expansion at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi, which is slated to begin commercial production in 2027 to maximize installed capacity and further monetize its CDMO services.
