Referring to Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Information Disclosure of Material Facts by Issuer of Public Company, we, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (“Company”) hereby inform that the Company has increased its investment in Asia Venture Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated under Singapore law (“AVCH”), through the transfer of shares owned by Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated under Singapore law (“Meranti”) to the Company based on the Share Transfer Form between the Company and Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd. dated March 26, 2026 (“Transaction”).
The Transaction is executed under the following terms:

The transfer of 97,842 shares of Meranti’s shares in AVCH to the Company with a total value of US$6,577,067.17 (or equivalent to IDR 111.185.320.509 – using BI Rate middle rate on March 26, 2026 of IDR 16,905) with payments made in 2 (two) stages. - Names of Parties Entering into the Transaction(i) Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd; and
(ii) PT Pyridam Farma Tbk - Transaction DescriptionThe purchase of Meranti’s shares in AVCH by the Company was carried out to increase the value of the Company’s investment in AVCH to 35.54%.
There is no material impact of the event, information or material facts on the operational, legal, financial condition, and business continuity of the Company.
The similar information is also submitted by Company through Indonesia Stock Exchange’s Electronic Reporting System and reported to Financial Services Authority (OJK).
