III. The Company’s Subsidiaries are as follow:
- PYFA HEALTH SINGAPORE PTE.LTD., which is engaged in other holding companies. The company has started its investment in Pyfa Health Singapore Pte. Ltd as of 2020.
- PT PYFA AETHERIA INDONESIA, which is engaged, among others, wholesale trading of pharmaceutical drugs and wholesale trading of cosmetics. It was established on March 2021.
- PT PYFA INVESTAMA INDONESIA, which is engaged, among others, holding company activities and large trade with fees or based on contracts. It was established on March 2021.
- PT PYFA SEHAT INDONESIA, which is engaged, among others, wholesale trading of milk and dairy products and wholesale trading of other food and beverages. It was established on March 2021.
- PT HOLI PHARMA, which is engaged, among others, industry of manufacture of pharmaceutical products for human. It was acquired by the Company on Desember 2021.
- PT ETHICA INDUSTRI FARMASI, which is engaged, among others, industry of manufacture of pharmaceutical products for human. It was acquired by the Company on July 2022.
- PYFA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, controlled company established on November 2023.
- PROBIOTEC PTY LTD, and its subsidiaries, which are engaged, among others, a manufacturer and packer of various kinds of pharmaceuticals. It was acquired by the Company indirectly through Pyfa Australia Pty Ltd on June 2024.
