INCIDENTAL PUBLIC EXPOSE OF PT PYRIDAM FARMA TBK

The Board of Directors of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk., (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) domiciled in South Jakarta, hereby invites the shareholders to attend the Electronic Incidental Public Expose (“Incidental Public Expose”) of the Company which will be held on:

Day/Date : Monday, October 14^th , 2024

Time        : 2.00 – 3.00 p.m. Jakarta time

Media      : Zoom Video Webinar Application

Agenda  : Explanation Regarding (i) Information in Relation to Company’s and Its Subsidiaries’ Latest Performance and Operational Development; (ii) Summary of the Latest Financial Statements; (iii) Company’s and Its Subsidiaries’ Future Business Plan; and (iv) Other Material Information .

The procedures for registering participants in the Public Expose Incidental are as follows:

1. All participants shall register via the https://pubex.pyfa.co.id/ no later than Friday, October 11^th, 2024 at 04.00 p.m. Jakarta time
2. The Incidental Public Expose will use the Zoom application with the link https://bit.ly/PYFA-PUBEXINSIDENTAL.
3. Meeting ID and Passcode details will be provided via the email address registered via the registration form as mentioned in point 1 above.
4. The Code of Conduct of the Incidental Public Expose including the procedures for submitting questions will be sent via email and will be recited before the Incidental Public Expose begins.

The Incidental Public Expose will be attended by the Board of Directors of the Company and other representatives of the Company. The material for the Incidental Public Expose will be shared by  Friday, October 11^th, 2024.
