On 9 April 2025, a report has been lodged to ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) regarding the change of Director in the Company’s controlled subsidiary, HH Packaging Pty Ltd which is now held by Sinta Lestari Ningsih and Matthew William Edward Bamford, each as a Director.The reason for the changes is to promote growth of the Company’s controlled subsidiaries.

There is no material impact from the event, information, or material fact on the Company’s operational activities, legal matters, or business continuity.
