More Expansion! PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) Acquisition of PT Ethica Industri Pharmaceuticals
Jakarta, 13 June 2022 – After successfully acquiring PT Holi Pharma at the end of 2021, this time PT Pyridam Farma Tbk with the issuer code PYFA again signed an agreement with companies that are part of the Fresenius Kabi group in the context of the planned acquisition of 100% shares of PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy .
PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy is the first pharmaceutical company in Indonesia that has sterile technology with state-of-the-art facilities with a total area of more than 52,000 m2. PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy also has a factory located in Jababeka with an area of 4.3 hectares which is equipped with high technology. In the construction of a factory in Jababeka itself, Fresenius Kabi has made an investment of 1 trillion to increase the production of injection drugs for people with critical and chronic illnesses in Indonesia.
