Bone, South Sulawesi, January 24, 2025 – In an effort to support the government’s program to improve public health access in remote areas, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, known by the brand PYFAGROUP, distributed hundreds of vitamins (Kidimun Syrup, Pyfahealth Vitamin B Complex + Vitamin C, and Pyfahealth Vitamin C-1000) in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi.

PYFAGROUP participated in the Metta Day program initiated by the Dharmayana organization, Tarumanegara University, which took place from January 18–26, 2025, and involved various health services for the local community.

Through this activity, PYFAGROUP distributed hundreds of vitamins and health supplements to communities in six sub-districts, namely Kahu, Kajuara, Angale, Amali, Ulaweng, and Tanete. This effort is in line with the company’s sustainability commitment to creating better health for all levels of society.

“We understand the challenges faced by communities in remote areas, especially regarding access to health services. Through this program, we want to contribute by providing vitamins and supplements that can support people’s immune systems, especially in South Sulawesi,” said Widjanarko Brotosaputro, Chief of Strategic Development at PYFAGROUP.

PYFAGROUP is committed to providing health products throughout the remote areas of Bone Regency, which was chosen as the location for the activity because this area faces serious challenges in terms of access to health services. According to data from the South Sulawesi Health Office, there are still more than 20% of people in this area who have difficulty accessing basic health facilities. Through involvement in social programs such as Metta Day, PYFAGROUP wants to be part of the solution to these challenges, in line with the government’s vision in the Healthy Indonesia program.

PYFAGROUP opens opportunities for cooperation with various parties who want to support public health through CSR programs, by offering a number of forms of collaboration, including:

  1. Collaboration on Vitamin Assistance

PYFAGROUP is initiating a collaboration program by providing various types of essential vitamins, such as vitamins B, C, D, E, Zinc, and multivitamins aimed at improving the health of the Indonesian people. Through this program, PYFAGROUP hopes to reach a wide community, especially vulnerable groups such as children, pregnant women, and the elderly, to meet their vitamin needs and improve their immune system.

  2. Collaboration on Health Education Facilities

PYFAGROUP also provides support for medical personnel to provide health education to the community, both through seminars, workshops, and free health checkups.

  3. Collaboration on Other Health Services

The company opens opportunities for other collaborations, such as supporting programs from local governments or social organizations that focus on increasing access to health services in various regions.

This action is one of PYFAGROUP’s initial steps to continue supporting public health in Indonesia. Through collaborative social programs, the company is committed to providing affordable health solutions that have a direct impact on the community.
