The Board of Directors of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), domiciled in South Jakarta, hereby invites the shareholders to attend the Company’s Electronic Public Expose (“Public Expose”), which will be held as follows:

The registration procedures for the Public Expose are as follows:
- All participants are required to register through the following link: https://bit.ly/registrasi-pubexpyfa no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
- The Public Expose will be conducted via the Zoom application using the following link: https://bit.ly/PYFA-PUBEX2026.
- The Meeting ID and Passcode will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process referred to in point 1 above.
- The procedures for attending the Electronic Public Expose, including the procedures for submitting questions, will be sent via email and will also be explained again prior to the commencement of the Public Expose.

The Public Expose will be attended by the Company’s Board of Directors and other representatives of the Company. The presentation materials for the Public Expose are scheduled to be disclosed on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
