The management of PYFA extends its deepest gratitude for Yulianto’s dedication, support, and positive contributions since he assumed leadership in 2020. Following his departure, PYFA will initiate a nomination process to propose a new composition for the Board of Commissioners. The new board will be officially announced and appointed at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), in strict accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and applicable regulations.

The anticipated capital injection will provide PYFA with the operational agility required to deliver cutting-edge healthcare products and services to the public, while generating sustainable, long-term value for its investors.
Backed by robust corporate fundamentals and strong shareholder support for this corporate action, PYFA’s management remains highly optimistic. The company is well-positioned to solidify its standing as a leading player in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, both in Indonesia and on the global stage.
